On Saturday, April 25th, 2026, The PARC Group and builder partners celebrated the Grand Opening of Mariposa at EverRange, welcoming hundreds of guests from across Northeast Florida for a first look at the community’s newest neighborhood.
Attendees had the opportunity to tour eight designer-decorated model homes from six award-winning builders: David Weekley Homes, Dostie Homes, ICI Homes, Providence Homes, Riverside Homes, and Toll Brothers. Each builder showcased a range of architectural styles, floorplans, and design features now available to build in Mariposa at EverRange.

In addition to home tours, the event delivered a full experience for guests of all ages. Live music from The Chris Thomas Project set the tone throughout the day, complemented by a coffee cart, popsicle stand, and petting zoo. Inside the homes, builders hosted engaging activities including face painting, balloon art, bouquet bars, caricature artists, photo booths, arts and crafts, and interactive games.
About the Neighborhood
Now selling, Mariposa at EverRange offers 175 homesites with eight model homes open daily. Floorplans range from approximately 1,450 to over 3,400 square feet, with pricing starting in the $400s—providing a variety of options to meet different lifestyles and needs.
Mariposa is located adjacent to The Grove, EverRange’s upcoming resort-style amenity center, set to open this summer. Residents will enjoy access to a pool with sun shelves, kids’ splash pad, playground, dog parks, eight lighted pickleball courts, event lawn, outdoor gathering spaces, and a scenic lakeside walking trail.
