All Providence Homes in Mariposa at EverRange will qualify for ENERGY STAR® and EPA Indoor AirPLUS® labels! We believe your home should be designed and built to the highest standards of health, sustainability, and efficiency. Here’s how we are doing it. Each home is inspected during construction and field-tested upon completion by an accredited energy rater to ensure the strict EPA & DOE guidelines are met. All homes will receive an “As-Built” HERS® Index Rating as required to earn each EPA & DOE label. See Sales Associates for more details. This label affirms not only our homes’ exceptional energy performance, but also the healthier environment and extraordinary comfort that they bring.

Innovative Air-Sealed Attics
All Providence Homes are designed and built with a new innovative “air-sealed” attic system. By applying spray foam insulation under the roof deck and making the attic part of the conditioned space, the attic stays within 5 to 8 degrees of the indoor air temperature. This means your air conditioning system works less, and many of the undesirable conditions found in traditional vented attics are eliminated. The end result is greater energy efficiency, lower energy bills, increased moisture control, and potentially a much healthier living environment.

ENERGY STAR® Guarantee
At Providence Homes, we don’t make unsubstantiated claims about the quality of our homes and energy cost savings. We build 100% ENERGY STAR® Certified homes that conform to the highest construction standards and operate at optimal energy usage as required to earn the ENERGY STAR® label. We’re so confident that your home will achieve ENERGY STAR® certification that we’ll pay you $5,000 if it doesn’t, and we’ll guarantee it in writing! As part of our guarantee, every new Providence Home will be inspected by a certified ENERGY STAR® rater to ensure every home we build meets or exceeds the ENERGY STAR® performance guidelines established by the U.S Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
