Luxury Apartment Living Coming to EverRange

The PARC Group, Master Developer of EverRange, is pleased to announce plans for Garrett at EverRange, a 275-unit luxury multifamily community coming to the southern end of EverRange. Developed by The Garrett Companies, this refined rental offering will bring elevated apartment living to one of South Jacksonville’s most desirable and fastest-growing corridors.

The new apartment community will feature a mix of 101 one-bedroom, 140 two-bedroom, and 34 three-bedroom apartment homes, all delivered through The Garrett Companies' Edge Signature product. Home features include an attached garage and high-end finishes. A clubhouse will anchor the community's amenities.

Garrett at EverRange will be located on approximately nine acres adjacent to The Station, the walkable town center that will soon take shape at the EverRange entrance near Philips Highway. The Station will be home to neighborhood shops, services, and local eateries serving EverRange residents. The community will also benefit from a future road connection to eTown, a neighboring master-planned community offering additional grocery, retail, dining and services. Together with convenient access to US-1/Philips Highway, the location will provide residents with strong connectivity to everyday amenities and the greater Jacksonville area.

The initial phase of Garrett at EverRange, including the clubhouse, is anticipated to open in Late 2027.
